A new-build property with the initial prep work requiring correction.
Emulsion paint had to be removed, chipboard floors were overboarded for strength and insulation prior to installing under-floor heating.
Mosaics require perfect substrate preparation and unfortunately the joiner who made such perfect timber frames here, was not so good at fixing the boards! You can see the way it should be done in the 5th image.
This was a customer with very exacting standards and one who appreciated the importance of correct preparatory work to achieve a perfect finish.
