What can I expect to pay?

It is a fact that each job is different and there are a lot of aspects that need to be taken into consideration when pricing such as preparation works, type of tiles, materials, waterproofing etc. In order to provide an accurate quote, I prefer to undertake a site visit in advance. This service if free of charge and is followed up with a no-obligation free quotation.


Do you hold public liability insurance?  

Yes, I have comprehensive cover up to £5 million.


Do you give a written quotation prior to works and a receipt upon completion?

Yes, you will receive a written quotation detailing charges and detailing works to be undertaken and products that I intend to use. I also issue clients with a written receipt upon completion


Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, all of my work is completed to or exceeding British Standards 5385 and clients are provided with a receipt upon completion.


I have concerns about reliability – can I rely on you to meet deadlines?

After agreeing a contract to undertake works, I provide all clients with an estimated start date. Approximately 10-15 days in advance of the start date, I am in a position to confirm that my schedule is on target. I work on one project at a time so when I commence your project, I do not leave until completion.


Do you ask for any payment in advance?

On large projects, I may ask for payment on materials in advance and a receipt is issued for any money received. Full payment on most jobs is required upon satisfactory completion of the works.
